Stars tie series with another road win over Golden Knights

Home cooking is no good for the Dallas Stars nor the Vegas Golden Knights.

At least in their Western Conference first-round playoff series it isn't.

The visiting team has won all four games of the series after the Stars' 4-2 victory on Monday night at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

The series is tied 2-2 with Game 5 on Wednesday night in Dallas at American Airlines Center.

Ty Dellandrea got what turned out to be the winning goal on Monday when he broke a 2-2 tie with 1:26 left in the second period. Craig Smith's shot from along the goal line in right wing corner bounced in off of Dellandrea's shoulder.

Roope Hintz added an empty-net goal with 1:22 left.

Evgenii Dadonov and Game 3 overtime hero Wyatt Johnston got Dallas' other goals and Jake Oettinger made 32 saves.

Michael Amadio and Jack Eichel scored and Logan Thompson stopped 28 shots for Vegas.
